Melody is an associate with Blakinger Thomas and practices in the firm’s Business, Employment, Real Estate, and Tax groups. Melody assists businesses on a variety of transactional and corporate matters, including preparing and reviewing various types of agreements and corporate governance documents, researching and analyzing state and federal regulations, and performing due diligence.
Before law school, Melody spent years mixing chemicals in the chemistry lab. While in law school, Melody worked as a part-time contracts administrator for an internationally known biopharmaceutical testing company. She was a student editor for Temple’s Business Law Magazine. Melody also served as a legal intern for Thomas Jefferson University’s Innovation Pillar and the Public Defenders Association of Pennsylvania.
Melody is fluent in Vietnamese.
