Prior to joining Blakinger Thomas, Nate worked as an intern for the Pennsylvania Department of General Services’ Office of Chief Counsel where he drafted contracts and assisted in the defense of first amendment challenges. Nate also served in the Army National Guard from 2009 to 2015.
Nate represents clients who are buying, selling, and developing commercial, industrial, or residential real estate. He helps develop strategies for the purchase or sale of properties and counsels clients on the potential liabilities and obligations that arise from these transactions. Nate enjoys helping clients prepare and negotiate agreements of sale for real estate as well as commercial and industrial leases. He also creates easements, right-of-ways, and planned community documents.
Additionally, Nate has experience counseling clients concerning the legal implications of owning cryptocurrency.
