Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy
Our Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy practice group has a strong reputation and history of success in representing businesses and individuals in a wide range of bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy collection, reorganization, workout, and liquidation matters. We routinely practice before the Bankruptcy Courts in the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and before all Pennsylvania state courts.
Whether in a workout or bankruptcy situation, our team of experienced attorneys is dedicated to achieving the best possible results for our clients. We regularly represent both secured and unsecured creditors in enforcing their rights, defending against adversary proceedings, and providing counsel on effective collection processes. We represent creditors and debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 cases as well as complex Chapter 11 reorganization matters. When necessary, we draw upon the experience of our colleagues in our Corporate, Real Estate, and Banking practice groups to provide our clients with advice in situations including reorganization, protection of asset-based and equipment lenders, relief from stay, cash collateral, and preference litigation.
If you need legal assistance, you may contact our office or reach out to any of our experienced attorneys in our Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy practice group.
